WeWoreWhat’s Danielle Bernstein Launches First Activewear Range

The charitable launch will donate a portion of the proceeds from this launch to the Ali Forney Center.

Step aside Lululemon! Today, the influencer, fashion designer, and face behind the acclaimed fashion blog @weworewhat Danielle Bernstein launches her first collection in Shop WeWoreWhat’s new Active category. The online fashionista establishes her newest endeavor with the introductory set of matching, ultra-flattering, and chic workout and athleisure pieces in monochromes and signature WWW patterns.

Inspired by vintage activewear, the collection features corresponding bra tops (v-Neck, bandeau, and the bandeau bra) and leggings (seamless, lace Up, and high waisted). All styles over a varied level of support for a range of workouts and versatility to suit any body type.

For the launch campaign, WeWoreWhat enlisted transgender model Dominique Castelano, who inspired the brand to donate a portion of the proceeds from this launch to the Ali Forney Center — an initiative that provides housing, meals, and medical and mental health services for LGBTQ youth in need.

“Being trans and not seeing any Trans and Non-Binary representation in activewear lines has made me feel, for so long, that my body wasn’t accepted in the industry,” Castelano said. The ‘ideal body type’ excluded anybody that wasn’t cis, skinny, and until recently, white. Today we are changing this narrative.”

The collection is available to shop starting today on shopweworewhat.com. Check out the fashion mogul’s newest activewear collection below:
