Ariana Grande To Release ‘Sweetener’ Concert Film this Month

The 90 minute concert film is coming to Netflix on December 21.

Just in time for the holiday season, Ariana Grande’s Sweetener concert film will be available for streaming on Netflix starting December 21.

The 90-minute film will be titled excuse me, i love you and it will take place in London. The concert is part of her Sweetener World Tour last year which sold a whooping 1.3 million tickets worldwide. It is Grande’s highest-grossing global tour to date.

“releasing this as a love letter to u all, in celebration of all that we’ve shared over the past few years. i know this project only captures some of one tour (out of all the other hundreds of shows and moments we have shared over the past six or seven years… jesus lol) but i just wanted to thank u all for showing me more in this lifetime already than i ever dreamed of,” said Grande on an Instagram post.

“making music and doing all of this has been all i’ve known or fully given myself to consistently for a very long time now. although my heart is looking forward to a change of pace, i wanted to express again just how eternally thankful i am. i’ve learned, seen and felt so much. it’s been such an honor to share so much of this life with u,” she continues.

The 2019 Sweetener World Tour consisted of 97 shows where Grande performed singles from Sweetener and Thank U, Next. It kicked off in March 2019 in Albany, New York and concluded at Inglewood, California earning a total of about $146.4 million. Grande also celebrated the final show of the world tour by releasing her first live album, k bye for now (aka swt live).

The Sweetener concert film is Grande’s second film project to date. Previously, she released her Dangerous Woman Diaries on YouTube. The grammy winning singer also posted a black and white teaser of the upcoming concert film via Twitter. Check it out below:
