JW Anderson's Fall/Winter 2022 collection starring actress Hari Nef and captured by Juergen Teller, who also shot the label's Men's Spring/Summer and Women's Resort 2022 collection, highlighting fashion's intersection existence within pop culture. Nef whose most recent role as Rabbi Jen on Sex and The City's revival series And Just Like That, acts as the campaign's protagonist, performing various personas while bringing the assemblage to life through imagery and cinema. Her multiple hairstyles tie into this concept as each one represents a persona change and an overall contrasting semblance.

The collection's and transformative themes become evident through its pieces as they contain traditional, festive objects and lively elegance. Party things undergo modification to create some of JW Anderson's Fall/Winter 2022 articles along with other whimsical styles. These looks include chandelier tops and accompanying earring accessories, inflated and deflated balloon tops, similar graphics stamped on the collection's silk and metallic fabrics, trousers with trains, sequined dresses, and more. These compositions fuse to produce a world of fragments, archetypes, and theatrical puns about the obvious.

The accompanying faux-documentary Falling for Fall, directed by Loic Prigent, represents the subsequent actions out of its many. Nef guides spectators through the collection's inception and conceptualization process, including the atelier where it was created. Every time Nef falls and gets back up, she reveals a new look. The collection's third and endmost action broadcasts itself once more as Juergen Teller captures these styles on the streets of Milan, which can be seen on van billboards.
